Virtually non-existent. If you ask for a refund, they want a photo of your mailing label and photos of the item so they can see what is "wrong". They then tell you it has no discrepancy with their photo (postage stamp size) and they will not issue refund. I don't know what happens if they sent you the wrong one, or if there is noticeable damage. I suspect they will exchange, maybe, but they do not accept that you don't want it or, actually, that it is inferior crap.
