why s it so difficult to try find a number to cancel within the time limit also the 15 days or whatever is timed from when it is shipped...I am in Canada so I didn't get it till 2 days before the cutoff day WYH? I left on holidays so was unable to cancel or try the product.why is the info not relayed to us that we may nt get t in time but still have to pay fr it?
