We spoke to the delivery supervisor at your USPS and they CONFIRMED this item was indeed delivered to: William bennett 118 apple st. Punxsutawney, PA 15767 USPS Tracking # 9505 5103 4094 7354 1270 40 you can go to www.usps.com to see tracking for yourself Exactly as entered on your order. You told your credit card company this charge from us was not a valid charge. We have not received ANY emails from you regarding this matter. This is the FIRST communication from you and it isn't even our site. We need this chargeback repaid immediately. We shipped you this item, in good faith. USPS confirmed you received it at that address AND tracking shows DELIVERED. We need repayment no later than 02/12/18 8:00apm or we have no choice than to contact the Punxsutawney, PA Police Department for this to be treated the same as bouncing a check to us. We are hoping this was an honest oversight on your part. Go to OUR website to respond or check your spam folder for all of our MANY emails.
