Why are three quarters of Comcast employees so rude? It takes Customer's to pay yalls salary. Customers are dropping them like hot potatoes!

They are awful incompetent poorly trained and don't know what they are doing
The phone system takes forever to navigate
It's sole purpose seems to be to keep you from speaking to an agent
