on 8/12/16Send an email. They will respond but with nothing useful. If you haven't received the item I suggest you cancel. This is not a company worth doing business with.
I went through their help site but don't hold your breath they are a rubbish company that is why I gave them a bad review. Post a review yourself as the more that do the less people will use them.
I found putting -ve comments / feedback on their facebook and social media sites worked wonders
I have sent an email to support@coolicool.com, and got answers within a day.
