I have always had really good and quick customer service. If you were angry and frustrated and sent a nasty message, maybe a reply was not prioritized?
I have NEVER in over 3 years of using coupon cabin had problems such as described above though i did have my account suspended at a time to insure that it me using it. If you try to game the system with multiple email addresses you may find yourself locked out. I have a different email address attached to PayPal than I do for shopping reasons and i think that signaled a potential issue but i contacted CC and it was resolved within like 1/2 days [ I had not been trying to double or triple dip though...]
Sydney is also the one who terminated my account. Something super shady is going on here.
I got the same message from Sydney K and my account has over $174 in cashback and I will never see a penny of it. Coincidence much? NO, it's fraud. You should report couponcabin to the Better Business Bureau and also send emails to Neiman Marcus, Saks, Sephora, Amazon, Macy's so that those merchants stop paying couponcabin. Couponcabin is literally stealing money from consumers.
I have not found customer service to be very helpful. I wouldn't be surprised if you've already been told to contact their legal department here:

I'd be very curious to know if you were able to get your money as I am still trying to get my money back from them. Interestingly enough, Sydney K. Is also the customer service rep who terminated my account.
I'm not sure what happened but I would definitely contact CC and find out what's going on.
