Hello crowdtap my account is blocked due to performance issues on the website and my account is blocked

Invalid password even when I change the password to a strong password it still says that but in their case they say they can't my email to find my acc
I signed up through the website, enrolled my cellphone number, then said performance issues and caused my account to get blocked, want my account back
Account is disabled for being active on the app and I haven't gotten lots of surveys since yesterday or today
