Thank you for writing, and I'm sorry for the delay in reply. We honestly don't add fake reviews, but we do ask our customers if they would like to leave a review and we have some pretty happy customers. May I ask, did you see reviews that looked especially fake, or were you on another site that stated something about fake reviews? We encourage all our customers to leave a review, and even the bad ones get reviewed as they really help us make sure we are as good as we can be. If you have any feedback I'd love to hear it. Especially sites like Yelp, we actually can't anything regarding Yelp reviews. Yelp is very strict about this policy to ensure no businesses can make themselves look "better" than the consumers believe they are. So the Yelp rating is a very real, very honest rating. I think they have just gotten so popular lately that everyone is posting how happy they are. I have bought 35 skirts in the last 3 months and have worn one every day since. I have ordered beautiful yarn for craft projects and even some craft kits for Christmas. My first order was slow but that was because of typhoons near India that slowed shipping. Their customer service is amazing! I love this company!
