I have ordered and payed through pay pal almoust a month ago and no signs of order from this company. I am from Polnad and I don't really know how to claim my purchase now. Any help?

how do you bill is it added to the items on purchases or do you take a separte payment for this. I made three purchases and have payed what I thought was the amount with currency on. Yet I have had four payments taking off my visa. Why?
