I'm glad that your experience with them was better than mine. Ever since my experience with them, I've been so weary of ordering anything online. It makes me think twice before I do anything.

BEWARE! Sales associates will LIE to you. Things will NOT ship as fast as they tell you. Expect to wait 10-14 days before you even recieve a tracking number.
We were told that if we ordered the part wed (the day we called them) that it would ship the same night and would be to our house in 4-5 days.

If you call custermer service you will be put on hold over and over and over but never offered a solution to your problem. A manager offered to expidite our shipment and pay for 25% of our order... that never happened. Empty promises. No return phone call. No notes in the system. So the next "manager" we talked to had no idea what we were talking about.

Good luck getting a hold of a manager. They are cowards who run and hide. Very poor customer service.

We ordered a Catalytic Converter last wednedsay, and this wednesday there is still no tracking information. It hasn't even left the warehouse! C/S only offers to discount my $200 part by $20.

BEWARE!

I called them a dozen times during my interactions with them, and they always answered and always helped me. Furthermore, they ended up refunding me the money I spent on a converter that I purchased with full knowledge before-hand, which they did not have to do. So, I don't think they mean to rip anybody off or ignore people.
