Answer:

I saw them on Instagram and the photos looked amazing but after doing some looking on Instagram and I didn't have to search far I found that they had stolen photos from other businesses and were falsely advertising

It's a warehouse in China that steals photos from other businesses and sew their own versions of the clothes being advertised, yes I would call it a scam the clothes u get are cheap knockoffs of the photos being used on their website
