It's on hold forever. Just forget about it. There is no need trying to contact customer service. There are better sites like

If you are looking for hot girls - works like charm. DoubleList has always been worthless anyway. I only met just a bunch of scammers there.

Your account will forever be placed on hold, the customer service is awful and nonexistent at times. Better off cutting your loss and moving on.
