I've been using dreamstime for a number of years. i buy the credits as i need them. i notice it states that i'll get so many images with a certain amount of credits, but in my experience it's false information because i will pay $21 for 16 credits and any photo i buy requires a min. 10 credits... so how am i getting "5" images with the credits when it's not so? Answer:

Images of level 0 or level 1 are a lot and many of these are quite good and original. If you need small size for web use you will pay 1 to 3 credits. You can order the images by price. I both more than 100 image at an average price of 1 €. Than I needed an image of high res and exclusive licence and I paid 100 € but this is another business.

Yes, you can buy a single image. You can use credits or even a time limited subscription. After you purchase your download plan, simply turn off the auto-renewal from your payment profile and this will remain a one time purchase. For more details, you can contact our service.

You can always cancel the subscription from your payment profile page: http://www.dreamstime.com/card_management.php While the subscription is active, you have a turn off option there.

Hi, You have the email or share option. You can also save these in an archive and email the archive if you wish. See that each of our media has the email photo/video link on the detail page. You have the Tools tab.

I'm producing a poster that is 80x54cm, and has 75% text and 25% images. a dreamstime image is sized 9x7cm. there are nine images altogether from various sources on the poster the poster, will be sold, so does an image sized 9x7cm qualify as "used in an essential manner", and require an extended p-el licence? many hanks for your help.

Answer:

Using an image in a poster meant for sale requires the Print extended license P-EL indeed, regardless of the image size.
