Don't do it! I ordered 3 items from them. After I paid, I was waiting on my tracking information and never received that confirmation. I eventually emailed them and they told me that 2 of the items were no longer in stock. So I questioned how something I paid for was no longer in stock. I was told not to worry about it and that I would be refunded. Then I had to email them again to see when my other item was going to arrive. Once again, I was told not to worry about it. I was also told that I was going to receive tracking information. I never did. Then I finally received my one item and it looked nothing like the picture on the website and it didn't fit at all. If you want the run around and horrible clothing, then this is your place. But I'm speaking from experience, DON'T DO IT!

I had a horrible experience with dressve.com last year.
Of course the pics on the website are awesome and the price are unbelievable but the real clothings are nothing like pics at all.
Their clothes are very poorly made and way small like elimantary school girls can wear.
Besides to receive the products it took more than two months and the customer services are very poor and don't give you the anewer you want to get. Seems they provide computer generated answers.
Finally I returned back all the items to China because they are Chinese seller and it took three months to get my money back.
Use better sellwe than them. If not you will experience bif headache.

Hi Marayah, DON'T even bother looking at the site. I ordered so many items of clothing for my 2 daughters. 1. Some of the items advertised, are supposedly out of stock, (yet I still paid, and had to chase a refund) which I received 8 weeks after the purchase. 2. The dresses I purchased were so badly made and nothing like the dresses advertised, that I actually through them out, as no one could actually wear them. 3 They advertise the garment with a prototype photo, that looks amazing on the model, however when it arrives it looks nothing like what the advertised picture is. Also they advertise the materials as being eg Cotton lace or Wool, and the garment is made form cheap (really cheap) Polyester lace, or polyester, no wool or cotton as material. I do not think they have the items at a Dressev sight, I think once you purchase they action the factory to make and post it to customers. Then good luck trying to communicate with the sales assistant on Chat. English is minimal! Not happy with any item, in fact our cat is sleeping on a coat I ordered as that is the only thing that it is good for. This company needs to be audited as they have a lot of disappointed customers.

I wouldn't do it. I ordered over 100$ worth of stuff. The sizing chart was not accurate and the clothing is cheaply made. Like stated above, the customer representive made it look like they cared (response on my negative comment prior) but NEVER responding to anything!

Hi Marayah - I only used them once and wouldn't really recommend them. If at all possible and you can find what you are looking for somewhere else I'd go somewhere else. Customer Service is non existent, and they took ages to deliver. Once I did receive the boots I ordered from them they were not the quality I expected and didn't last. If you are not in a hurry for your item, and you can't find it else where and it is maybe something for a one off then you could risk it as they are cheaply priced - but other than i would avoid using them.

Well, most of the previous customers were not happy at all, so, I think it is wise to head to their advices for others. I've never been a customer of this store but in some other China based online stores. They are 98% liars and stealing your money by selling immaginary items which is isn't there at all You are paying a non existent items or if not, the item is too far from what you've seen the photo. But, if you want to experience the inconvenience, then go ahead and say goodbye to your dollars.

I would not order from this company again. I found their service awful, once you pay for it they do not appear to give a dam. When I posted my experience on this website they replied making it look like they were interested in resolving the issue. Their answer to resolving my very disappointing purchase for my daughter's birthday was... yet... you guessed it... TO BUY ANOTHER COAT FROM THEM. No I would not buy from this company again.
