I wonder if Mr Dove has closed down this site... it says it is being 'updated' at this time.

Having put a post on it saying they may be fraudulent i have actually just received my number plates, 5 days after they sent it. So maybe they are not fraudulent. Anyway, this is what happens when they dont communicate with their customers
