Why can't I get a real person on the phone?? I have spent the best part of a day trying only for the call to be cut off suddenly 15 minutes in GRRRRR

When will ebookers put on their website that you have to be a British citizen to use their rates?
I canceled my flight and was told that refund will be made same day. Week's gone but I still didn't get money back. What can I do?
What am I to do? I booked me and a friend for a hotel and flight package, all inclusive at the hotel. Now I have an itinierary saying only I have all inclusive and my friend has room only. I have no proof other than a) I remember us being billed the same amount but unfortunately the itinerary ebookers sent only shows the final amount and b) if anyone tries to book 2 persons 2 rooms on ebookers, it does not allow you to choose a separate room package for the 2nd person so clearly this is not even a possibility. What on earth can I do? We leave in a week's time. Alison
Hie, How long does it take to get a ticket after booking?
I have just had to cancel a car hire booking (through E Bookers) The car hire charge has been paid in full. Do you know when and how the refund is paid after cancellation?
I just mistyped in e-mail. And without e-mail I can not have my tickets neither confirmation. Their phone doesn't work - it's just a loop. But the Money - they took it. So I don't know if I have my tickets at all.
