Hi, I would like to know how to find out the status of an item I purchased through eCrater. The purchase was made 11/23/16 and of date I have not received the item. I've emailed the seller several times and get no response. I've also tried filing a complaint through eCrater and also got no response.

I think so too... the same thing happened to me. I'll never use eCRATER again...

I ordered a item a month ago ive emailed him called him and the company and no response and i havent received my order. Looking at the reviews i think we got scamed
