Shipping status: confirmed sale... what does this mean? i have yet to get an email from them saying my device has been evaluated. so no, no sale has been confirmed, and they have no right to confirm a sale without my consent!

Answer:

I am having the same issue, the phone number does not work its only a voicemail. They are acutally stealing our equipment through the mail. I just filed a compliant with the ATTORNEY GENERAL in NV. Everyone else should do the same.
