I am concerned because my offer was for "free shipping and free returns." However, on the shipping statement, it states that there is a $7.50 charge on each returned item. If I find this to be true, I will not be ordering from Ellos again. That is direct misrepresentation!

If you make an exchange, there is no charge to return your item/s. If you want your money back instead, its around 7.50
