Oh, it's easy to email them.and they DO respond, but they like to give the runaround and NOT answer your question especially if it relates to shipping time and returns, nor will they give up their return address without a fight. If you want to shop their at your own risk and you enjoy drama if you don't get your items in over a month and have to reach out to them, then this is the place for you!
