I placed my order on 4/23/22. I didn't receive the email with receipt. I didn't received the tracking # or even the dress. I sent 3 emails & no answe.

I can't remove items from my cart - how do I delete them
I ordered a custom dress on March 21,2023 and I've yet to receive it. The expected delivery date was April 9,2023 and it is now May 08,2023.
