Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from ESky.ie staff and previous consumers.
It came up first when I googled the airline and eSky mimics the airline sites. The airlines have been trying to remedy the situation. Absolute worst site. I will be sharing my experience with others.
Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
