It is extremely easy to get hold of customer service if you are placing an order. However, if you have a concern, they act like a barrier to resolving your problem. Beware. They are set up primarily to take money, not to offer any legitimate service.
Customer service is only there to take your money, not provide appropriate service. Steer clear of this company at all costs. They are a waste of time and money. A scam even.
