I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for 2 months now. I'm starting to believe this is a SCAM and I'm wondering if I should be considering my phone as stolen by eSURRANTY. Several emails to customer service and no answer. It seems that my story is not different that other stories posted here. Question for other users who had the same issue, did you ever get your phone? If so, after how long. This question is also open for eSURRANTY representative to answer.

It's been almost two weeks for me and I have yet to receive any information about my cell phones. I am truly convinced that this whole this is a scam. We need a representative for sure because I want to sue.
