What made you choose Evri over similar businesses?

Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.

Unfortunately I didn't have a choice as the company I ordered from only used them as a courier service. Have avoided everywhere that uses Evri - did the same with Hermes as it was just as crap and will have to do the same again!

Used old hermes countless times to send parcels no problem, unfortunately evri not upto scratch
