I booked a ticket online, but it couldn't be processed. i got a reference number and a phone number. when called, only music was running. is it a credible web?

This site is a sham,. They lie, and will not resolve any issues you have.

Today i called exploretrip and asked for their help with a booking problem that i had. pete, a c/s rep. helped me for almost an hour as he got my ticket cancelled and called the airline and arranged for a refund. they do serve their customers!

Answer:

I have never had a worse experience with any company. They cancelled my ticket and sent me an email to call them back. I then spent the next 7 days calling them daily to sort the mess out. They made numerous promises and lied numerous times. In the end they did not solve the issue and they offered no compensation.

I'm skeptical about booking a flight to manila with your company due to many bad reviews. should i be worried?

Answer:

YES,,, pay more money and buy tickets somewhere else. DO NOT USE EXPLORETRIP,. They will cheat you, lie to you, and not give you your flight---but they will certainly charge your credit card.

They do have many one star because they lie to customers. The only 5 stars they have are probably from their customer service team who makes fake 5 stars. Also,. Their English is horrible and they refuse to connect you to a supervisor. DO NOT BOOK with EXPLORETRIP, not now NOT EVER,... BEWARE!
