I am being garnished for 25 percent of my wages from Dynamic Collections for Cowlitz County superior court past due accounts. I am wondering if filing bankruptcy would stop this action. I make very little money and am a single parent home income. I qualify for food stamps and 0 payment for my student loans based on an IBR guideline. This garnishment is really hurting my household in ways I can't express. Hope this is something you can answer, any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.

You can stop the garnishment of your wages by filing. I can help you with that. You might be able to benefit from filing bankruptcy, however I would need to get more info on your debts and income. There is a great possibility that you can get the bk fee waved. Contact me at choosecrt@gmail.com
