on 8/30/15It will depend on how long you traded, if you traded at all, how much you originally deposited etc. I traded for one day, I invested £200 (the minimum) and it took me about four weeks to get some of money back! I was able to get only back £129. What I did, was contact them online at every opportunity using their 'chat to a representative' option. So you maybe able to get something back but we will need more details from you to give you some options. For example, how much did you invest? Did you use a credit card or a debit card or some other means to deposit your money? How much did they increase your deposit with their 'special offer'? How long did you trade? How much money you now have in your EZtrader account? If you can supply these details, maybe we can help but please do not include any details that would compromise your financially security!
Unfortunately I was unable to get my money back but good luck trying to get yours back.
