on 12/29/16If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
My shipping label was from: Jon. 2532 Bent Creek Rd. Auburn, AL. 36830
Received item NOT ordered. Already have one. Return address also Jon at 2352 bent creek, Auburn, which turns out to be a gas station! I have to monitor any charges that pop up. Anyone figures this out, post here.
I haven't ordered anything but received some items from them I am baffled on how they knew my information. So now I am worried if my accounts are gonna be charged. Anyone have this experience

Paypals "Buyer Protection" isn't much help - before they refund me I have to return the scammed item to the supplier, to an address which doesn't exist... the refund won't be processed until someone receives the return, and being a fictitious address that means never...
Good luck. I was scammed by them also. I can't believe they are still in business. I haven't found out how to report them either.
Me, too. Received a moisture sensor, didn't order it. I don't know if we were charged for it or not.
I received a professional heater for waxing to melt the wax. I didn't order this! Have no use for it. I don't know if I ordered something else from amazon, or another company and was sent this by mistake, or how they got my info. Or if I was charged.
I wish I new there was protection through pay pal. I was totally screwed by this company!
