Because this company is a BIG JOKE. They hide the fact that they are in China. I paid $300 for a wig that they claimed was real HUMAN HAIR & once I finally received it (which was over a month after I ordered it) it looked like it was made from a horses mane! It was the worst excuse of a wig that I've ever seen. There was a big long piece of netting that hung down over my face.? I'm not sure what it was? Looked like a bug net or something? The color was horrible. I sent it back to them and they refused to give me a refund. That was a year ago & they still have not done anything to rectify the situation. I'm sure that's why they do not list their phone # on their website. They don't WANT you to be able to get a hold of them because they have NO intention of making things right! Sorry Lisa that you too got screwed by these PHONY THIEVES. Fairywigs is a FRAUD.

These people are scammers. You will never get them to make things right. The wigs are terrible.

Hi. Its a farce. I bought a wig for 300 dollars. Took forever. It was to be a whole wig. It was half. There are so many great places. Not sure where you live. In mn we have 7 mile. Coco's in mn. Also. Different stars have their own wig line. Do not order from this joint. I am stuck with the weirdest wig.

Happy Connecting. Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S® 5

These people are crooks. I had a dispute with them and had to get my credit card company to intervene. My advise would be to cancel your order and call your cc company, to file a dispute.

Hi Lisa, you have to send them an email. It takes about 4 weeks for your wig to be made. Good luck with receiving the wig you ordered, As I received something that looked like a cat. This company is bad business, your wig is coming from China. I didn't know this until after I placed my order. Now I am out of $160.

This company is a total fraud! You won't get anywhere with them once you actually get someone to respond to you by email. They don't post a phone number and will certainly not call you. I lost hundreds trying to get a decent wig from them but never did, expensive lesson learned! All the complaints you read about fairy wigs, the are real!

Beware of anything that looks too good to be true, especially online. I almost got suckered myself but had the presence ominous to check a review of the company which warned me off. There are a bunch of online sites claiming to be selling quality wigs at a steep discount. They all turn out to be located in China and are all selling shoddy goods. Stick with the reputable sites like Wigs.com and Vogue Wigs that are selling name-brand products. You'll pay more than on the scam sites, but at least you'll get something that's worth the money. Incidentally, Amazon sells the same kind of cheap wigs. If you want to go through Amazon, use The Wig Warehouse at Amazon.

Well Lisa, everything the other ladies said. I ended up keeping my piece is crap wig and will probably use it for Halloween. I feel bad for the other ladies though because Fairy Wigs only ripped me off for $69.00. I sent emails but they fed me so much bs that I got fed up until I finally received the "wig" nearly 2 months after ordering it. If it's not too late cancel with the credit card company asap! I think they try to stall until the time allotted to dispute or cancel (especially if you use PayPal) has run out. Cut your losses and get away from these crooks! Nothing on their site is original and I should have realized this because of the ET, TMZ and other general public pics they comendeered for their advertising. Good luck.

Sorry you wasted your money dear. I did finally receive the wig and it was so different that I sent it back and they refuse to refund my money. NEVER, NEVER will I even think of them again.
