If you cannot fix your computer by phone/USPS, then it is shipped to (or near) Medford, Oregon. Falcon services their own computers.

How long will take to ship the product once the product is ordered
How long will it take to ship once if the product is ordered?
I am looking at a Titan X build but I know the customer support on that is very important. If I overclock and things go bad, will I still be able to get solid support afterwards. Or are they going to ditch me after I buy the PC.
