How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Fax.com?

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone willing to help. I have tried for months to cancel my account.

EXTREMELY difficult! And they did not even once respond back to any of my service tickets or emails, I got hung up on twice after holding forever for customer service, and then when I finally got someone, he gave me a FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE email address when I told him I never got a response from their customer service department.
