I want to make an action or a lawsuit against them.
Just after my subscription (10 minutes after), i've asked them to cancel my registration and refund me.
It was on 25th February 2010 and we are in may and they said that they've refund me but nothing in my account... and now i've said them my lawyer was on this file and they don't answer anymore...
As we've got the right of cancellation in EU, http://www.jdsupra.com/post/documentViewer.aspx?fid=3cf51a42-7f61-4038-b6a4-584a2050b609 and i've made it in 7 days they're totally out of law!

I doubt they
will respond to you... just try calling your credit card company and disputing the charge before it is too late!

I have done this. I have also reread the terms and cond and have found nothing that would lead me to believe that this is anything but fraud. So i am investigating this company or at least trying to. $#*! like this really gets under my skin.
