As Nancy M. Said, they initially responded to emails, but it now seems like it was an elaborate communication of deception to get you so frustrated that you'd walk away without a refund. They also told me I'd have to mail it back which I told them I wanted a return shipping label and that's when I found out it was in China. They said it was too expensive to do that and that I would have to pay for the return, to which they then asked if I would take a lesser amount as a refund and sell it here. Impossible to sell as the outfit was crazily sized and wouldn't fit anyone. Stay away!
