Don't worry. Even when I ordered for first time I was anxious. I ordered a mug which would show a personalized photo when poured hot water. It was delivered perfectly. Even if something happens they have very good customer service talk with them.

It may seem pricier than on amazon but the main thing is they deliver on time and customisations are well handled.
