on 6/11/15I bought two cell phones from them that were both lemons and never worked from day one. I jumped thru hoops but could not get any satisfaction from them. For me they are a ripoff, willing to lose future customers...
Ultimately I ended up receiving a refund from PayPal because I didn't receive the item within 30 days. All I can say is to be consistently messaging the focalprice customer service about your order.
