Hi, we do not do houses, we specialize in luxury apartments, average prices are $1500 and up throughout the USA. Some markets such as CA, NY, WA are much higher. We use current income and affordability at 35% of your net income (after taxes are taken out) - $250 to give a rent amount you are qualified for.
