I ordered a dress from them three weeks ago and have not yet recieved it. What should I do?

Free People's Corporate office and Customer Service heads tie the hands of their representatives. It's awful and I wouldn't ever shop there, again. Too much hassle and disrespect to their customers. They charged me almost $500 for my order; sent an email telling me it had been delivered; it had NOT been delivered! I'd shop elsewhere. Just check all of the horrible reviews. Wish I'd done that before ordering. Good luck.

I would call their support line with your order number and post what happened on sites like this. Posting here is what got them to work with me, but it was also from management and not a phone rep. So if you do call and are getting nowhere, maybe get a supervisor. For me, at least, they have been great since the boot incident.
