You need to know what your error is. According to FreeTaxUSA:
"What happens if the IRS rejects my tax return?
You will receive an email giving the reason why the tax return was rejected. Your return may be rejected if you misspelled your name or entered your Social Security number wrong, but these errors are usually easy to fix. Sign in to your account, and fix any incorrect or missing information. Then e-file your tax return with the IRS again. We do not charge any additional fees to submit your tax return to the IRS again after the original e-filing was rejected." I have made errors before & corrected it immediately. I wouldn't linger as it may take longer to correct later. You can email FreeTaxUSA, they don't accept calls unless you pay for the extra service. Click "Support" (very obvious on top of page), then you can send your question. My experience is that they will reply the same day or the following day.

When you get your bank statement their number will be listed if you ordered any products from them it will say tax hawk if you didn't let me know and I will gladly send the number to you..
