Well, if your goal is to trade positionally then take ECN account. This way you won't spend a fortune on commissions per deal and at the same time you will have the tightest spreads possible.
On the other hand Classic is a staple that is suitable for the majority of traders out there.
Both are fine for different situations. I personally like the standard account but all my friends here use the ECN one, they seem to be okay with the conditions they get as well.
