Try calling your credit card company and let them know you never received a product and demand that they dispute the charge and you might get your money back.

Answer:

Orderd cards for my nintendo on Feb 04,2010, and till now I did not receive them, because they made a mistake in the shipping address, they promissed to send a replacement an they never did, they promised to refund and again they never did, tried to cntact them through e-mail, they stopped responding my e-mails, and there is no contact number in there web site, this company is a fake, will never deal with it again
