I bought migthnightpool the day before and forgot too put gameloft in the front and send the sms from another phone which is also mine but i didnt even get an sms back but they took their money so what must i do now

Why do you not reply to customer complaints and why do you suspend jplayers with no reason whats so ever and do not tell players why they were suspended.
Why is it that I never get any responses to any of my inquiries or complaints. Why is it that when I make a complaint that my game suddenly starts to do crazy things like the car just shooting off to the side and crashing, Why is it that when I try to make a purchase you take the tokens or credits for it but do not deliver on the product or boost and when I contact you about it I hear nothing back and of coarse I am out what was paid out by me. DO YOU EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT
