Ordered an assassins creed hoodie in November 2015. I got an email at the end of November stating that the hoodie was awaiting shipment. I emailed the site multiple times and no response. I would like to know what is going on with this order. If the product is out of stock, I would like a refund.

Airwave Apparel Ltd has acquired the license to trade the website domain www.bay-57.net and www.gamer-heaven.net

We have no affiliation with the previous owners Crazy4 Ltd who ceased trading on the 8th January 2016.

We are committed to providing you with the highest standards of Customer Service through the fast dispatch and delivery of Licensed Official Apparel and Merchandise.

Any order you place is IN STOCK in our state of the art warehouse and will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed.
