How do I reach a human? Is there a different number? 4+ hours of hold time for five different days just doesn't sound right. Haven't been able to reach customer service in weeks via phone call or email. I've emailed about 8 times with just the auto response and nothing afterwards. It's obnoxious and the most miserable customer service I've ever heard of. Worse than Comcast, who knew it could get worse.
