They are legit, just ridiculously slow in shipping. I waited 1.5 months for my "rush" order. It was shipped out in multiple pacakges and arrived at different times.

But actually they do not ship until 3-4 weeks after they get their money. So their scam is They have your money interest free, while they are making money on it, for 3-4 weeks. Also, I paid their extra shipping fee to get it a bit faster, but they still ship the slowest they can, so in addition to the interest from the use of my money, I paid for the shipping when they claim it is Free. For example they got paid December 9th, they claim that they shipped it the 26th, However their tracking number shows that the shipping company still has not received the package. It seems like they have been using my money to pay their previously shipped goods, and then they wait for another sucker to pay for my product and ship it and so on.

It is legit, just wait. It can take up to 2 months or so. Don't worry. When you order from GearBest just make sure you have patience, it will eventually arrive. If it fails, check the FAQ for the maximum waiting time, they will refund or resend your item. No problem. Don't worry, everything will be fine!

No, definetely it's not a scam site. You order from china via free shipping, it takes up to 25 buisness days. Be patient.

I have made 3 orders and they all came in. It says right on the shipping that it can take about 24 business days. You also have to think that we had holidays which will halt mail services as well as the face that since it is being imported it has to go through customs which can take some time as well.

Definitely not a scam site. As far as the shipping speed, the free shipping method definitely takes long time, but you can probably get the cheapest stuff you can find. And therefore, if you really want to order something in a hurry, it can be too risky to order from them in terms of shipping time. Otherwise, Gearbest is one of the best international gadget/RC/flashlight websites. So, the bottom line is, don't treat Gearbest as Amazon.

It depends on location and after shipment inner courier service. I can tell for sure that they are accurate it takes a bit longer to deliver but they are not scaming. It will come it is just depending on the home carrier for what time, but its not going to take more than a week after the date mentioned.

It may take awhile but the return policy is ridiculous You have to pay for all shipping cost and good luck having them say they received it Even when you have a return ID number of some type. Horrible with any communications if what you have ordered is damaged. Remember they are sending from I believe China. One item took 8weeks

Yes, they're slow when speaking about EU Warehouse, just suppose that they are running out of stock, does not admit that, then they keep you in tension, telling nothing untill their resupply. Bought two smartphones from them, so far happy about products quality.

Open up a ticket through their website telling them that you're going to call your credit card company and have the charges refunded and reversed. It will definitely speed up your shipment.

Good Luck getting your stuff. I waited for months, contacted the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to them either. Never did get my purchase but I did finally get a refund. They will keep telling you to wait and wait and wait - that is when you can get ahold of them but don't count on that either. Wish you the best but next time pick someone reputable.

It's not a scam, but shippig is taking so long. In my case, it took nearly 70 days, but I got it finally. Be patient, you will get it. If you don't like waiting, pay for shipping.

All I know is all communication is a boiler plate computer generated response with far lower than average ability to track anything. It could be, or it could be 1-2 people trying to run it and completely overwhelmed. I reas stories of 45 -60 days. That sounds like ocean crate shipping from Chna

That sounds about right. If you do not choose expidited shipping, it could take 30-90 days... no joke. They have great stuff, but if you want it faster choose expidited shipping. I do every time anyway. Hope this helps ya.

No fear. You probably free shipping simple and takes. It costs nothing. Sometimes it may even take 6 weeks. But that comes just once de support anmailen or be patient.

They do send the items you order just takes up to 4 weeks to get since they ship from other countries. The only scam part of the site is the fact they sell cheap junk and refund/exchange policy ends up costing customers tons of money.

They are legitimate, but everything takes at least 3 weeks. Always use paypal or Credit Card when paying for items so you have some kind of recourse if items dont show up, damaged or missing. Ive been waiting an additional three weeks for a simple cable that was missing in the box. There service center is difficult to work with and it doesn't help that there is a language barrier also.

Well, I believe gear best is a scam, because they sell all defective products and never want to refund or replace a defective item. But as for the time it takes for a product to reach you depends on what type of shipping you are using. Free shipping takes quite a long time. It took 45 days for me to receive my parcels from gear best. Unfortunately only one item of the 4 items I ordered worked and gearbest has up to date not settled me and they feed me lie after lie. Shipping time can also be determined by where you are becoz it takes longer to ship to some destinations.

It seems that some get their products and some not. Some get faulty products and some get good products. I myself got lucky. I got my products. But they sent a product that was different from how they described it on their webpage. The hoverboard was much slower than they promised. Approximately half the speed of what they said.

I also ordered a backpack and it arrived but it broke after a few seconds of use.

No not a scam site but be aware when they say "ships in 3 days" they mean they will dispatch it from China in 3 days, you then have to wait for it to get to you. I've bought quite a few things from them never had to wait more than a couple of weeks but, if you ordered in the run up to Christmas then you'll more likely have to wait longer.

Hi Seamus, you're alright in respect of them being a scam site, they're not, but God are they slow! A listing will say "in stock ship in 1-3 days" BULL$#*!! It can take 2 weeks for them to ship out an order and then it is often by surface mail rather than air mail. I find it's usually 3/4 weeks from you get your shipping notification til delivery, you've only been waiting 2 weeks so may not even have been shipped yet, unless you got your shipping notification.

Good luck getting & if you do I doubt it will be of high quality. Sorry but ask for a refund before it gets shipped to save your self hassle.

The reviews speak for themselfs. I was told they don't sale the product I had ordered anymore and to select something of equal value. I demanded a refund and I'm still waiting on it. If I had of read the reviews first I would of never ordered from them.

Gearbest may or may not ship your order to you. The normal wait time from the horrible sure is about 3 months if your lucky. Sorry!

Yes and No. They are not a scam site in the way you mean. However if there is any problem with your order the effect on you is worse than dealing with a scam site. You will get repeatedly ignored and led round the garden path for months trying to get redress. The cost in money and more importantly / valuably -time will be much much greater than if you discovered you had been deliberately scammed. In such a case you would have immediately reported t your card provider and orered from another company. Not wasted extra cost in return fees and weeks of emailing futilely hoping for redress

Is not a scam but they're very slow because they sell items manufactured by others and they don't keep stock, also the customer service is awful. If you paid PayPal is no problem, you can request a refund in 30 days. I bought the phone I was looking for on Ebay, same price, a fast shipping plus tracking number.

I've Placed a total of 4 orders over last 7 months. The first two I received both took over 5 weeks. The third order took the same amount of time but was missing 8 of the 11 items ordered, they never mentioned there was a back order and i had to place a complaint on the're board, Don't know yet if or when order will be filled. Last order is on way, also took over month to ship. So far I don't think they are a scam operation, just very chaotic in the order filling.

I have made 3 orders with them. One on nov6 which was a hoover board and they didnt even ship it out till dec18 but i got it dec28 and great product. I ordered a smart watch and few other small things expedited on nov 24. Took them 2 weeks to ship it out but i got it 2 days after it was shipped. The other order was made on nov 13 and i received it dec 13. The products are good. Just takes forever for them to ship it out, even though it says 3-5 business days, it takes 2 or 3 weeks to ship then another 2 to 3 to get it on ave... i live in canada

No. They will get you your product. It does take a while to process and ship as it's usually coming from China, or somewhere near there. They also have the option on some items for US warehouse. I had 2 orders from the US and they shipped out of NJ. I've placed about 6 orders with them and I've received all of the items that I paid for and they were all in perfect working order. They are as slow as hell, the next best things comes out by the time you get your Tech from them.

They are complete and utter liars in every way. Parts will arrive in 60-90 days despite their advertised claims. Many people broken or malfunctioning products. Every positive review is clearly false, they pay people to write them. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and don't buy from them. I never will again and neither will most people. Good luck.

I ordered my product November 25th and never received it. They will only respond in emails and they keep giving different answers each time. Yes they are scammers!

I have received in 15 days of my order and more over I was worried coz of negative feedback, however you will get the shipment if they have shared you the tracking details of the order.

GearBest is a scam and if anyone says otherwise, they are probably from GearBest monitoring comments. I ordered something back in August and never received the item, even after an apology and promise to refund my money, which was never received either. They are a SCAM AND FULL OF SH.!

I've ordered over $500 from them already, and they have delivered every single time, yes the shipping its slow unless at least for the regular shipping method I've always used, I also buy the package insurance and the tracking number, a couple of extra bucks just to have an idea where the package is, don't expect your purchase to show up for a month or even two depending on where you live, according to some friends if you get the regular shipping they send that stuff on the available space as a filler for any space left on an airplane within the first 6/7 days of purchase so bear in mind since you are using a very low cost shipping it is not priority.

America Line(IB) tracking numbers can be tracked at http://www.myib.com/cn-english/ America Line(SF) and others can be tracked at http://www.17track.net/en Once the packages enter the US, they will be issued a USPS tracking number. If shipped to a country other than the US, it will be issued tracking for your standard mail carrier when it enters your country. Also make allowances for overseas travel time(most packages are shipped from China), and for time spent in customs. Hope this helps!

I have a total of 7 orders on the site so far since October till now, 4 of the earlier orders have arrived and I am currently waiting for 3 of them. They are slow, definitely, but not a scam site. Do keep in mind that sometimes, it may be due to the fault of the post office that the packages are late, and not necessarily the fault of the vendor.

Shipping from overseas takes a long time. I always pay for shipping due to free shipping usually taking a much longer time. Just be patient and it will get to you. Had to wait for my last order almost a month... but that was because I forgot about THEIR holidays lol.

If you paid express shipping you get of 4-7 days. If it was free shipping you will take approximately one month(is free, you cannot be so demanding with a free shipping) in addition to that make an order in december can any further delay by the non-working days (24 or 31). Gearbest is not a scam i received my packages. I hope that my answer will help you.

Did you verify that it has been shipped? They do sometimes have issue shipping it out from supplier but once shipped usually within 1-2 week

The goods have to come from either USA or China hence the slow delivery
