Plenty of user saying that they did not received the order, so is it safe to order from gearbest site?

If your willing to wait a month for package at earliest and if it come broken you are ready to loose half what u paid to get another one and to get ahold of an actual human is impossible then go ahead. Head the warnings its not worth saving a few bucks in up front costs just to be taken advantage of in the end. Any product on here u can find on any other reputable site for a few bucks more but with in the country shipping and amazing service UNLIKE GEAR BESTS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERALL CONSUMER CARE

I wouldn't. It's been three months and I still don't have my order and their customer service is terrible. They just keep telling tryouts to wait longer.

I've been burned badly by GearBest. SIXTY-EIGHT days ago (July 30,2015) I paid GearBest $122.38 for a camera. I paid by PayPal. GearBest has my $122.38 - I have no camera. GearBest is extremely difficult to communicate with. My guess is that this is deliberate, hoping you will go away.

PayPal reassured me that I would be protected. Today, PayPal threw me under the bus. GearBest makes more money for PayPal than I do.

I won't do it here, but I have documented the entire frustrating exchanges with GearBest, PayPal, and the USPS.

Should you buy from GearBest? I would not recommend it.

MY PROBLEM WAS THAT I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING A REFUND AND TRACKING MY PACKAGE BUT I DID GET IT WHEN THEY SAID I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET IT AND THE REASON WHY I WANTED A REFUND WAS BECAUSE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM, LIKE I SAID THEY FINALLY CAME THROUGH AND REFUNDED MY MONEY AND THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOME STORE CREDIT AND GAVE ME SOME POINTS ON MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM, THEY WERE REALLY SORRY AND THEY KNOW HOW TO SHOW THEIR APOLOGY.

Gotta say, in light of all the bad reviews. My experience was great! I bought an Android based smartwatch for only $45. Order was processed quickly but took about a month before I got it. Had ordered a tablet that was charged to my account immediately but did not show that it was in process with no activity in shipping also for about a month. Contacted customer service by creating a ticket on their website. They responded quickly by telling me the item was back ordered and I had the choice to choose another item or get a refund. I chose to get a refund and it was credited to my Paypal account. Another thing is do not order by credit card USE PAYPAL! Just know that the items you order are coming from China so don't expect speedy delivery. I would also recommend not buying pricey items just in case they are damaged in transit. Which would be of no fault of Gearbest and getting items replaced I would say is a headache.

It can be pretty hit or miss with them, shipping from China takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks or so unless you pay for upgraded shipping

I mostly buying from Gearbest EU Warehouse so 90% of my orders was with me next day... IF I buying from China I always use British Express/ Direct and orders coming in 4-10days... They use "One World" company... When I choosed free post I was waiting about 3weeks so I will not do it anymore... I always use PayPal payment as it is safest way to pay for goods from Chinesse companys...

Hi. Yesterday after putting lot of pressure i received my tablet. Working perfectly. It takes a long time. Do not choose free shipment because it takes ages. I choose dhl for thetablet then i got it in 3 days but the tablet sleeve is sent out via free service 4 week ago and still mot arrived!## i think they use boat or pigeons for that:)

So yes do order but expect slowslow slow

It is safe to order from gearbest but you will have to wait 2/3week for you order. But i have to say gearbest is geting sloppy lately with there customer servise. As i have been waiting 4 week and my order has not been shipped yet

I finally received my mp3 player after waiting 37 or 38 days. It should have took 2-3 weeks per their website and item details. Also, the mp3 is so cheap. After about 1 month of using it several times a week, it started to make this weird sound when you listen to music. It's so annoying and it won't go away. It also takes a FULL night to charge. I guess I'll be looking for a new one.

After 2 months Paypal refunded - no contact from gearbest for 10 days - had 2 tickets of complaint 'just cancelled' tried to put bad review on their site and wasn't published so reviews are 'selected' I would never buy from them again. Now DH Gate or Aliexpress where the money goes into escrow and is only paid to supplier after safe receipt of goods. Cliff L

All I can say is Ive ordered quite a few times and ive only ever had that hapen once-(and when it did it was lost in the uk by post office so dont think it was their fault). I paid a few extra £ to insure parcel so gb simply refunded me. So worth insuring the parcel if your worried.

I can also say to date all my dealings with them thier customer service was great and the are very fair in their dealings. I am happy to recommend them:-)

I checked this company out before i made any purchase.
I made my decision based on reviews and recommendations by fellow vapers.
I purchased only vaping equipment.
I didn't order from China.
I ordered from the gearbest EU warehouse, which is based in London.
I paid for item, payment taken, 1 day to process order, then item shipped out. I did receive a tracking number which you can trace on the yodel website and each delivery was made of course by yodel, i received each item in 2 days.
I have seen the reviews written here and although pretty mixed i personally didn't have any problems.
I don't order from china. But i know a lot of fellow vapers order from Fasttech, a company based in china, and the only problem is the waiting time for delivery, there are postage options which means you can get items within 7-10 days, but can be anything upto 4 weeks. They sell a lot of different items as well.

I've ordered from them multiple times. Always gotten my order. But the 1 time I didn't, they were very reluctant to resolve the issue. Only after these reviews and opening a report on paypal did they choose to resolve the issue in the only way it should be resolved and send me the item I didn't receive.

You're only gonna listen from those that didn't get their package. It's not like they're gonna write back and say "oh btw I did get my package after all".
When actually what's going on is that they all do eventually get it. Just ask them after 5 weeks of free shipping of they ever got it. I got all of the orders I've placed.

Please listen to Oscar w. He has hit the nail on the head. Stay well clear of this company. They are abismal. If you have money to throw away then place an order if not listen to me and Oscar winner.

I've had mixed feelings lately. Orders I submitted in August were all lost. I know gearbest sent them cause they provide with a photo of the shipping enveloppe with my adress and the correct date. But 3 orders never got to me. But on the other hand gearbest refunded my money after about a week of back and forth emails, so no loss. But I did want those products...

Then in September, ordered a bluetooth speaker, got it in 2 weeks. Go figure...

I've noticed that if they've used Netherlands post it never gets lost and is very fast, so from now on I only click that shipping option.

Orders are lost sometimes, i wouldn't worry about that as long as you have pp protection. Just decide how much time you are willing to wait and after that open a pp request if customer service can't help you.

When GB works it is great... you just need to understand the what, where and how of safe buying from them

The what = Some Genuine, Some Copy's & Some Junk... Reviews cannot be trusted as only positives are used... so its your own best guess for each item.

The Where = You are buying from China... that's not next door for most of us so you need to allow for that in shipping times and remember that's from date of dispatch not the date you order... i would suggest 3-4 weeks for most locations... much beyond this and i would seek my money back ( I can always send payment again if something does come incredibly late - though never happened)

The How = Love them or hate them, I would only pay by PayPal... this at least gives you some 3rd party control over your money and gives you a chance to get it back if it all goes wrong

Buying direct from China can be a very rewarding thing, its just hard to trust people you will never see, so understanding what you are doing and taking due care prevents worries and anger without need.

Hi had over 25 orders with gearbest and had not one problem with them, there support is great too, and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get here that's expected from china, I only ordered drones from them but yes there great, just make sure you use PayPal just in case. Kevin

No. Even though you have 50% chances of getting lucky and receive your order on time, there is no customer service to reach out to in case of returns. Absolutely no.
