How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Giant Tiger?

Very difficult to get a hold of someone at customer service Giant Tiger online they put you on hold on the phone and they tell you to leave your phone number. They do not call at all and with emails it depends on the issue... sometimes they answer but they ignore you if they made a mistake and must refund you

I have tried many times, but have not been able to reach the credit department at Giant Tiger.
