On the email you received after you redeemed the card, you have the option to responde or contact them... they responde pretty fast. For me they responded next day... All my gift cards through Gift Rocket i transfer to my bank. The funds are in my bank in 3-4 days. EveryTime

I can't remember exactly, but I got my paypal. It wasn't lightning fast nor snail slow. That's my experience. But if you don't have the money, then you don't have the money... maybe wait just a little longer?

It's such ascam. I got a$100 gift card for my birthday and I couldn't use it. It gave you the option of receiving it by a PayPal account or check or credit card. I chose to receive the funds by cc however I kept checking to see if the card received the funds but I never got a thing. You can't call the company and they never answer the emails either. I told my friend to do a charge back on their cc. Buyer beware! Do not use this sight. Check the BBB bad reviews!
