How can I return items

They now claim that unless the item arrives damaged they don't take returns. This policy is not on their website.

How do I process a return?
My email says that my item shipped 8-4 but when I call up the tracking # they say the tracking # is invalid.
My order was shipped on August 17th but when I entered the UPS tracking number, it said the number was invalid 92612927005334000000368394
