Bought 2 pairs of glasses early this year, Less than 1 year 1 is broken and the other pair? coating already useless. 4097470151 Two months no answer

This company offers horrible customer support. There are many more companies out there who actually provide customer service. Their return policy is deceiving. The return policy is misleading first stating 90 days then telling you to read below. Now it is only 14 days and only 50%.
